The Tianci Natural Ecological Park was built in 1979, covering an area of 10 hectares, in which the Tianci Buddhist Hall was completed in 2008 and covers an area of 800 square meters. The main building of the Tianci Buddhist Hall has 2 floors underground, 5 floors above ground, 10 meeting rooms, and an auditorium with capacity of 1,000 people.

The design of the exhibition hall can be traced back to the winding coastline of Yingkou. Premised on the nest of the rare Sounders’ Gull, the exhibition hall is creatively-designed with a sense of layers. Luminaires are scattered around to provide a perfect foil for the space styling, thus forming a warm atmosphere and highly-expressive space.
