The 28th Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Autumn Edition), organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), has come to a successful close at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Under the theme "Beyond Illumination," this year's fair brought together nearly 3,000 exhibitors from more than 20 countries and regions, highlighting four key industry directions: smart connectivity, healthy living, immersive spatial experiences, and sustainability.

For COLORS Lighting, this edition marked an important milestone: our first appearance at the fair as an independent architectural lighting brand. Showcasing a comprehensive portfolio of lighting products, we brought our mission - "With COLORS Lighting comes the ideal lightscape" - to life through a clean, minimalist, and distinctive exhibition space. It was an opportunity to demonstrate our expertise in commercial lighting and connect with potential partners around the world

1. A Striking First Impression: Step into a World of Light

Designed as a bright, open white space, the COLORS booth featured an illuminated brand logo overhead and a soft pastel-lit entrance as its visual centerpiece. Visitors stepped through the full-spectrum pastel light entrance and into an immersive environment surrounded by gently diffused colors, offering their first experience of “Light, Made an Experience.”

Throughout the four-day exhibition, our booth welcomed designers, buyers, and project professionals from around the world. Their interest, conversations, and positive feedback made this debut an especially rewarding experience for the COLORS team.

2. A Full Spectrum of Lighting Solutions, All in One Showcase

To address diverse lighting needs across global markets, COLORS presented four key product categories: LED Strips & Neon Flex, Commercial Lighting, Pastel LED Module M8 Series, and COLORS Smart Control Systems. Together, they demonstrated our ability to deliver professional lighting solutions for offices, homes, hotels, commercial spaces, and more.

LED Strips & Neon Flex

The LED Strips and Neon Flex showcased a wide range of specialized solutions, including wall-washing neon, weather-resistant neon, free-cutting and bendable neon, sauna neon, and underwater neon. Designed for demanding applications such as underwater environments, saunas, and architectural facades, these products address a variety of indoor and outdoor installation and design requirements. The display also featured LED light sources in different package formats, highlighting how different technologies deliver distinct advantages in light output, efficiency, and form.

The Wall-wash Neon AL Series was one of the standout products at the exhibition. It addresses a common challenge with conventional LED strips: achieving effective wall washing while following curved or irregular surfaces. Combining a flexible body with precision optical lens control, AL directs light at a controlled angle to create a smooth wall-washing effect, bringing out the texture and character of architectural surfaces.

Our 3D Neon Series also attracted attention with its three-dimensional bending technology. Designed to follow irregular installation surfaces, it delivers continuous, uniform illumination with no visible breaks or dark spots, creating a more immersive neon effect.

Commercial Lighting

The commercial lighting area featured a selection of high-performance downlights, spotlights, and grille lights, showcasing capabilities such as high luminous efficacy, ultra-narrow trims, slim and miniature designs, deep anti-glare optics, and professional linear wall washing. These solutions are designed to meet diverse lighting requirements in hotels, residential interiors, and commercial spaces.

The AURORA LINE Series impressed visitors with its continuous and uniform wall-washing performance, illuminating entire wall surfaces with a seamless effect. The KING 2 Series demonstrated its precision accent-lighting capabilities, producing consistent and well-defined light patterns on the wall.

Pastel LED Module M8 Series

One of the highlights was our full-spectrum pastel lighting solution. Its modular design allows products to be freely connected and flexibly configured, with seamless and precise adjustment of brightness and color temperature. By recreating the natural transitions of daylight - from sunrise and sunset to seasonal changes - the system brings a stronger sense of rhythm and atmosphere to interior spaces, opening up new possibilities for human-centric lighting experiences.

COLORS SMART CONTROL

Under COLORS SMART CONTROL, we showcased the integration of three major protocol ecosystems: Tuya, Matter, and DALI Wireless. Designed for flexible combination and system integration, the solutions also support offline local control. During the exhibition, our team demonstrated how these systems work together to support project integration and give designers and integrators greater flexibility in bringing creative lighting concepts to life.

3. From Concept to Completion: A Higher Standard of Lighting Services

Beyond our product portfolio, COLORS also introduced iDeaLuMia, our service framework designed to support the entire lighting project journey. From initial lighting concepts and design consultation to technical coordination, on-site support, commissioning, and final delivery, iDeaLuMia brings together design collaboration, technical expertise, and project execution. Our goal is to provide customers with seamless support from concept to completion - a commitment that received positive recognition from visitors and partners throughout the exhibition.

4. Connecting with Global Partners to Shape Better Ideal Lightscape

From the escalators and main walkways to the booth entrance and exhibition displays, COLORS maintained a consistent visual presence throughout the venue. More than simply increasing brand visibility, this represented our commitment to stepping onto the international stage with a stronger and more distinctive brand identity.

COLORS Lighting is now welcoming brand partners and distributors worldwide. We are building a collaborative ecosystem around three key pillars: designer specification, partner execution, and local support. Through localized supply, structured channel management, and high-quality lighting solutions, we aim to create more efficient, transparent, and valuable lighting experiences for designers, partners, and end customers alike. We believe successful partnerships should go beyond individual transactions and grow into long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
