Nivy Mall by HB Reavis combines A representative bus station, a modern shopping center, a miscellaneous gastro area with a year-round food market, and a unique green roof that’s open to the public and offers a wide range of leisure activities.

The project used NMS1217 neon, which is IP67 protective, to outline the facade of the building. The staggered linear lighting design lends a dreamlike and vibrant quality to the building.

In the mall's public areas, numerous linear light strips outline and enhance the cove lighting, creating a grand and highly designed atmosphere.
